Duties and Responsibility:
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in coordination.
- Handle queries related to salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare payroll-related MIS reports and analytics as required.
- Stay updated with changes in Labour laws and statutory regulations affecting payroll.
- Support the hiring process for Blue Collars & coordinate with internal departments to gather hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and assist with Onboarding documentation.
- Liaise with external payroll and staffing vendors to ensure timely data sharing and service delivery.
- Vendor management & Coordination performance and resolve issues related to payroll services or hiring partners.
