This role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR systems. You will work closely with HR professionals and business leaders, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while developing your HR career.
Your key responsibilities as an HR Executive will include:
- Supporting employee lifecycle and HR administrative activities.
- Maintaining accurate HRIS records and employee documentation.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Managing background verification activities and compliance requirements.
- Preparing employment letters, contracts, and HR reports.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Executive:
- You will have 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- You will be confident managing HRIS data and documentation with accuracy.
- You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management abilities.
