The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:
People agenda sits in the heart of the organization. To ensure organization effectiveness, activities that support employees’ daily operation are crucial. With that, speed and perfect execution are a MUST. This is to guarantee employees will be provided full support with excellent level of service and strengthen HR operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the Ice Cream HR department with administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update personnel files, contracts, and HR databases.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding program and off boarding process to ensure the smooth employee experience.
- HR Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and assist in audits when required.
- Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including leave requests and policy clarifications.
- Monitoring TOT activities – work closely with workplace team on in-out car rental process, logbook submission, fleet card administration to ensure data accuracy.
- Training & Development: Help coordinate training sessions and maintain records of employee development and talent management programs.
- General HR Administration: Prepare reports, process expense claims, and support HR projects as needed.
- Lead and support on engagement activities – Townhall, Year End event, Annual company retreat, and other projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Good written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
- Knowledgeable in Cambodia / Laos Labor Law
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality
