Essential Requirements:
- Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or CapCut.
- Must have a Strong personality, assertive, and confident
- This role requires working through Zoom for 8 hours with the camera on

About the Role
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and event coordination. As an HR Engagement Intern, you will support our HR team in onboarding, organising events, and maintaining staff records, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. You’ll work closely with our HR professionals, gaining practical skills to prepare for a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Support the planning and creation of engagement activities to enhance employee experience.
- Assist in auditing and updating staff information in our HR systems.
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in organising monthly, quarterly, and annual HR events.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR Team.
- Participate in special projects or tasks as needed.

- Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
- 256GB Storage space - minimum
- 8GB RAM - minimum
- Dual Core CPU - minimum
- Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
- Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)
