Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational restructuring, change management, and business transformation.
Design, implement, and continuously optimize compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
Collaborate with managers to define KPIs/OKRs and establish scalable performance management systems.
Lead talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives to support rapid business growth.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and foster a people-first, high-performance culture.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in startups or high-growth organizations.
Proven track record in organizational design, compensation strategy, and KPI/OKR frameworks.
Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience navigating multicultural environments.
