Job Description:
Arrow is looking for a Regional Director of Compensation & Benefits to provide strategic direction, planning, and execution of all compensation & benefits programs for the Americas region. This position will report directly to the Global Director, Compensation & Benefits.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and lead Arrow Americas' compensation and benefits strategy in an alignment with the defined program philosophies in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United States.
Recommend and execute initiatives on compensation and benefit programs while optimizing the program spend and balancing the financial objectives of the business.
Provide direction to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs (including but not limited to health/welfare/retirement plans, wellbeing, absence, time off, and severance), policies/procedures and practices.
Drive operational excellence and innovation (by leveraging technology) to optimize, modernize and enhance programs, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
In close collaboration with the global compensation and benefits team, oversee processes and projects to ensure that all programs align with Arrow’s global strategy and governance.
Develop benefit strategy roadmaps and guide discussions with the Health and Welfare Benefits Committee and the Management Pension Investment & Oversight Committee.
Prepare benefits-related materials for BOD meetings.
Provide strategic partnership to establish robust relationships with business leaders, cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Payroll, Finance/Accounting, Treasury, IT), vendors and external advisors/consultants.
Stay ahead of industry/market trends, best practices, and compliance.
Provide leadership, direction and support to the Americas' compensation and benefits team located in the US and Mexico.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a four-year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Ability to serve at both the strategic and operational/tactical levels to drive results.
Experience in strategic compensation and benefit program development and administration.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust the communication style to match the situation and the environment, and the intended audience.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
