Job Description

Lead and manage all activities related to the human resources area within the organization. It plays a strategic role in defining and implementing HR policies that support the company's business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and implement human resources strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

- Manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and career plans, to ensure the continuous growth of employees and prepare future leaders.

- Lead talent discussion and manage succession plans to ensure business continuity.

- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits policies, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent.

- Ensure that all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.

- Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture by developing initiatives that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

- Lead employee wellness and engagement initiatives, including mental health programs, work-life balance, and onboarding activities.

- Lead the implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes and provide ongoing feedback for employee development.

- Manage relations with unions and resolve labor disputes effectively.

- Lead the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategy.

- Work together with specialist areas of Human Resources (talent attraction, training and development, compensation and benefits) to ensure that the company has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field.

- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS - SPECIFIC SKILLS

- Ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to negotiate with unions and resolve conflicts.

- Competence in data analysis to make decisions based on informed data.

- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

EXPERIENCES

- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

- Experience in different sectors can be a differential.

- Proven experience in change management and organizational development.

LANGUAGES

- Fluent English

- Spanish desirable
