Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities : Drive and support HR digitalization initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements.
Build and manage HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
Work extensively with SAP HR modules and other HR IT systems for data management and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support the creation of predictive analytics models and provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security in all HR digitalization and reporting activities.
Identify opportunities for innovation in HR processes through technology.
Provide user training and support for HR digital tools and platforms.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience : 2 to 5years
Mandatory/requires Skills : 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR Digitalization, Analytics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization, reporting).
Strong working knowledge of SAP HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, etc.).
Exposure to IT systems and good understanding of HR data management.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and Business teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills : Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python for data analysis).
Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in HR.
Exposure to cloud-based HR platforms.
Certification in SAP, Power BI, or HR Analytics tools.
