This position is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

About the role:
Are you ready to support global HR colleagues through digital solutions? Do you enjoy solving challenges and guiding others?
As an HR Digital Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for HR system–related queries from employees, managers, and HR colleagues worldwide. You will manage service tickets, support Workday processes, conduct analysis, and contribute to continuous improvements. Based at our Lisbon office, you will collaborate closely with team-members in both Mexico and Sweden, supporting our global HR community.

What you will do:
Resolve HR System Queries: Manage and resolve tickets promptly and accurately to ensure smooth support for employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to identify patterns based on queries and recommend improvements for service enhancements.
Workday Support: Execute Workday tasks across assigned modules and guide stakeholders through system navigation and processes.
Knowledge Management: Collect, share, and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal expertise.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with our global stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different organizational units to ensure seamless service delivery.
Service Development: Contribute knowledge to initiatives and the enhancement of HR services and processes.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
Experience in HR support, service environments, HR administration, or ticketing systems.
Technical skills in MS Office and preferrable in HRIS systems (Workday especially).
A service‑minded, agile, and collaborative problem solver with strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and a learning mindset.
Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Italian are a plus.
Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
