YOUR ROLE

As a HR Development Support on our team, you’ll ensure all actions relating to the development and recruitment of the Operators and Supervisors category of APTIV  in accordance with the group's policy and management guidelines. 

The incumbent of the position is required to perform the following tasks:

  • Contact ANAPEC to meet the company's needs in terms of operators.  
  • Welcome new candidates and give them a presentation of the company (working hours, salary, benefits, etc.). 
  • Conduct recruitment interviews for DH and IH employees: sourcing, pre-selection, physical interviews.  
  • Conduct internal recruitment interviews for HR and HI via global job openings and specific job openings.  
  • Identify training groups based on the integration schedule provided by the training center.  
  • Launch the various job openings according to the company's internal needs. 
  • Prepare and correct the pre-selection tests for DHs. 
  • Establish the different states to be shared with Anapec (Number of candidates hired Vs persons interviewed...) 
  • Launch and follow-up on internal employee movement notices. 
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards. 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bac+3 in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Good level in English is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Availability & Flexibility
