Job Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath
  • Build basic custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
  • Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
  • Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors.
  • Creates solutions for integration monitoring and provide support for incident management.
  • Performs routine break/fix support and regression testing and supports the inbound/outbound interfaces to/from Workday.
  • Document technical designs, integration processes, and troubleshooting steps to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.
  • Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and API changes to incorporate the latest enhancements into integration solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Owens and Minor is seeking a Workday Technical Analyst

  • 3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with at least 2 Implementation lifecycle on Workday in HCM Domain
  • Lead complex and diverse range cross-team, cross-functional initiatives
  • Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Web Services, XSLT, and xPath 
  • Build basic custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
  • Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
  • Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors. 
  • Creates solutions for integration monitoring and provide support for incident management.
  • Experienced in Workday Studio Development.
  • Experienced in Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Experienced in SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT. 
  • Good understanding of integration design and testing concepts 
  • Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support 
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Performs routine break/fix support and regression testing and supports the inbound/outbound interfaces to Workday and middleware.
  • Provide technical input and expertise in the development of program or project solutions, and in the communication of technical issues to work teams.
  • Very detail-oriented, with a strong Workday technical background, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary.
  • Candidate will be responsible for the problem space, work closely with diverse business and engineering leads to conceptualize solutions, organize/align multiple technical teams for delivery, and drive execution.
  • Actively participate in Workday Community by contributing to content, voting on Brainstorms, etc.
