About the Role:
The HR Analytics - Intern will have the opportunity to learn from a high performing data science team. This experience will include creating data connections/integrations between core systems of record, and then using this data to find insights, tell stories, and inform the HR strategy and keep functional partners informed of data trends. The HR Analytics - Intern will report to the HR Analytics - Workforce Data Consultant and act in a versatile capacity to create data reports, enhance dashboards, and gain exposure to database systems.
What You'll Do:

  • You will be working in a team of other data scientists and supporting the core functions of HR.
  • Throughout the program you will have the chance to support numerous HR Functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, HR Operations, and more.
  • Throughout the 12-week internship you will gain a deep understanding of HR data, and gain an in-depth understanding of how to support an HR Business with data.
  • Within the first few weeks you will be trained on systems such as Tableau, Workday, Snowflake, and will have the opportunity to leverage other tools such as Python, Qualtrics, etc.
  • With the support of your manager, you will identify a problem case and work towards a final presentation and deliverable to be presented to HR leaders.
  • On a day to day, month to month basis you will have reporting and client support activities to complete, such as pulling headcount reports, or designing new solutions for stakeholders to retrieve data insights.


What You'll Need:

  • By the beginning of the internship, interns must have completed at least 2 years at a 4-year undergraduate university. Graduating no earlier than December 2025.
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and relate them to HR use cases.
  • Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission. Therefore, the strongest applicants will be those who can communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow interns and employees.
  • Pursuing a degree or has knowledge of statistics, data analytics, or other data reporting fields.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, Workday, Python, or a combination.
