The Role

We are looking for a talented HR Data Analyst to join our team. This role will serve as the front-line administrator for entering, processing and​ auditing sensitive HRIS data. The HR Data Analyst is also responsible for maximizing technological capabilities to reduce manual processes, preparing ad-hoc/scheduled reporting and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects. This position will also execute a variety of tasks associated with the on-boarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Onboarding: Manage organization-wide data entry and tracking for new hires, job changes, and acquisitions, while maintaining comprehensive electronic personnel records for current and former employees.

  • System Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of manager/talent team submissions, system approval workflows, and onboarding compliance to ensure maximum data accuracy and regulatory alignment.

  • Managerial Support & Guidance: Serve as the primary HR resource and guide for managers regarding position management, system processes, and HR data inquiries.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Facilitate data requests by assessing feasibility, generating ad-hoc reports, and ensuring data availability across the HR department.

  • Team Collaboration & Training: Partner with internal HR Operations and broader team members to assist with orientation, compliance follow-ups, and training delivery as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) paired with 1–2 years in an administrative role supporting multiple managers. Experience with I-9 work authorization and E-Verify is highly desirable.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a preferred background or familiarity in Workday.

  • Organization & Detail Focus: Exceptionally detail-oriented with the organizational skills necessary to work independently and manage time wisely.

  • Adaptability & Multi-tasking: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while efficiently handling multiple assigned tasks.

  • Communication & Service: Excellent verbal communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with others.

Skills Required
