- Prepare the preonboarding prepare new hires by completing administrative tasks and introducing them to the company culture
- Lead the MX employees onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders in support of business objectives, including organizational change, growth, and transformation
- Design, support, and implement new or revised organizational designs as needed to deliver business results and drive role clarity, capability building, and effectiveness
- Instill a coaching culture when partnering with the business, helping to develop leadership capabilities to continuously improve and sustain organizational health
