Job DescriptionProvides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, and/or organizational development (OD) and training. Maintains employee files. Inputs employee personal data into human resources systems and forms. Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc. Manages onboarding process (I-9s, background, new hire benefits new-hire orientations). May prepare special reports related such matters as headcount, turnover, and culture surveys. Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information. Prepares job descriptions, facilitate employee training. Conducts employee exit interviews and tally general statistics including headcount tracking.
QualificationsEffective verbal and written skills, high school diploma or equivalent with experience in an HR, Payroll or similar function. University degree in human resources, business or liberal arts preferred.
