Job Description- Supporting the local HR in payroll inputs.
- Updating regularly the HR Data Excel sheet.
- Auditing the personnel files and making sure the files are compliant as per labor law.
- Handling and supporting the HRBP with Leave management.
- Sending quarterly vacation balance to managers of their team.
- Preparing and having signed all administrative documents (Employment letter, certificates, salary letters, contracts, clearance forms)
- Handling the medical insurance & Life insurance addition and deletion as per policy.
- Following up social insurance forms and registrations and deregistration with the service provider.
- Starting and sending exit process to concerned responsible.
- Supporting the HRBPs with the local induction program.
- Preparing and publishing job announcements on Talent Hub, LinkedIn, RBEG ALL
- Supporting in Recruitment Sourcing and scheduling interviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/HR
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel.
