The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding support, multi-state provider licensure, employee HR assistance, payroll backup, and general HR administration.
This role serves as a key point of contact for routine HR questions and helps ensure HR processes, documentation, and follow-up items are handled accurately, timely, and professionally.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate communication, pre-employment requirements, new-hire documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate multi-state provider licensure, including new applications, renewals, expiration tracking, and communication with providers and licensing boards.
- Monitor and respond to routine HR emails and phone calls and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR employee.
- Provide general HR support to employees and assist with routine HR questions and requests.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing and payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and system information.
- Support employment changes, audits, reporting, verifications, and other HR administrative needs.
- Assist with HR projects and department initiatives as assigned.
