POSITION OVERVIEW


As an HR Coordinator, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of HR services, programs, and activities that support employees, leaders, and HR teams.


You will provide coordination and operational support to a variety of HR initiatives, programs, and processes while ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy, and responsiveness. Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth execution of HR activities and contribute to a positive employee experience.


CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Manage and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of HR programs, services, and operational activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to HR teams, employees, and leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, activities, communications, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Maintain records, documentation, systems, trackers, and operational data.
  • Prepare of reports, presentations, communications, and other HR materials.
  • Contribute to the administration of HR processes and annual talent and business cycles.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate the delivery of HR initiatives and services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure activities are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • At least three years of experience supporting HR operations and service delivery, including interpreting HR policies and programs, managing employee inquiries, and coordinating activities across key talent and employee lifecycle processes
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Strong adaptability and comfort working in an evolving environment.
  • Experience with Workday or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is considered a strong asset.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
