The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Recruiting team and helps keep day-to-day recruiting processes organized and moving. This role will have a large focus on temporary employee administration, recruiting reports, invoice processing, ATS maintenance, and general team support, while also assisting with candidate review and other recruiting needs as needed.
QualificationsDuties
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting team, including maintaining recruiting files, spreadsheets, trackers, and other team documentation.
· Coordinate temporary employee processes from initial placement through rollover, including collecting pre-employment documentation from staffing agencies, entering temps into the ATS, coordinating first-day details, tracking hours and rollover eligibility, and partnering with managers and Onboarding through completion.
· Review temporary staffing and other recruiting-related invoices for accuracy and submit for approval.
· Pull weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports and organize data related to open positions, hiring activity, temporary employees, and other recruiting metrics.
· Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities as needed.
· Review applications and resumes for basic qualifications and route potential candidates to the appropriate Recruiter as needed.
· Assist with additional recruiting projects and administrative needs as assigned.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of administrative, recruiting, HR, staffing, or similar experience preferred.
· Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
· Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as spreadsheets, reports, and data.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with candidates, hiring managers, staffing agencies, and internal teams.
· ATS or HRIS experience preferred.
· Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information appropriately.
