HR Coordinator

Job Description

1. Maintain employee records and documentation. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. Support recruitment and onboarding activities. Handle HR-related inquiries and requests. Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in HR software. Requirements: Relevant administrative experience, preferably in HR. Knowledge of basic HR principles and procedures.

2. The HR Coordinator provides operational HR support to their assigned school(s) across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, school leaders and employees, the role ensures HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in compliance with ISP policies and local employment legislation.

3. The HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and plays a key role in creating a positive employee experience while supporting the school's people priorities.
