Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval to onboarding.

• Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.

• Prepare employment offers, contracts and onboarding documentation.

• Support safer recruitment processes, including reference and background checks.

• Coordinate induction for new employees.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and HR systems.

• Prepare employment letters and contract amendments.

• Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, contract renewals and leavers.

• Maintain employee personnel files.

• Support probation and contract renewal processes.

3. Payroll & Benefits

• Prepare monthly payroll information and supporting documentation.

• Monitor leave, attendance and employee records.

• Support administration of employee benefits, insurance and reimbursements.

• Coordinate payroll documentation with Finance and external providers.

• Respond to employee payroll and benefits enquiries.

4. Employee Support & Compliance

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.

• Support expatriate employees with visas, work permits and relocation arrangements.

• Ensure HR activities comply with ISP policies and Vietnamese labour legislation.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and statutory authorities.

• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

5. HR Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation.

• Support the effective use of Workday and other HR systems.

• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.

• Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner, regional teams and shared service providers to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Around 2–4 years' experience in HR administration or HR coordination.

• Experience supporting recruitment, HR administration and payroll processes.

• Knowledge of Vietnamese labour legislation.

• Experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday experience is an advantage).

• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

• Experience in an international school or multinational environment.

• Experience supporting expatriate employees.
