What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting employees throughout their journey with Sheridan.

You'll:

  • Recruit and hire hourly manufacturing and office employees
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Partner with local schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations
  • Represent Sheridan at job fairs and hiring events
  • Create recruiting campaigns, flyers, and employment branding materials
  • Coordinate background checks, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Support employees with HR questions and day-to-day needs
  • Maintain HR records and HRIS information
  • Assist with payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and HR projects
  • Build positive relationships with employees and leaders throughout the facility
We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience

✔ Outstanding communication and organizational skills

✔ A passion for helping people

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities

✔ Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Bonus Points For
  • Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience
  • HRIS or Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in HR or Business
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or interest in obtaining one)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay Range

Starting pay: $21.34/hour. Pay is commensurate with experience.
