HR Coordinator – EMEA

In this position you will play an important part of key HR initiatives in a growing and multi-cultural organization, supporting Axis sales and marketing units in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 
As HR Coordinator you will work with HR initiatives and workflows across three core areas in our organization Learning & Development, People Attraction, and HR Operations. On top of this you will also support the organization with HR analytics, reporting and HR projects.  

You will be part of a small central HR EMEA team delivering services and supporting employees and managers in 33 countries across EMEA. HR administration and coordination will be a big part of your job, however, at Axis we believe in seeing things through and contributing throughout the full value chain. Meaning that you will be involved in all stages of the projects that you contribute to. 

The role of the HR Coordinator is also to provide general HR support/information to line-managers and employees, guiding them through Axis HR processes and initiatives. This is done through meetings and e-mails but also though information sharing across our different platforms. 

This position is supporting an international business environment. Travel within EMEA is limited but should be seen as a natural part of your job.

Previous experience from coordinating roles, especially within HR is considered valuable.   

Apart from above we think you have/are: 

• University degree within HR or other relevant area 

• Structured and organized. 

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and preferably other languages relevant to the EMEA market. 

• Good communication skills, ability to make an impact and reach an audience. 

• Experience from working in MS Office.
