You will support the Human Resources Centre of Expertise in the continuous improvement of its HR compliance practices.
Through your research, analyses, and recommendations, you will help ensure that HR policies, procedures, and processes comply with applicable legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal compliance practices within Human Resources.
- Conduct research in labour and employment law.
- Participate in compliance analyses related to Law 25, Law 90, Law 27, and other applicable legislation.
- Draft and review corporate procedures, processes, and policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a university degree in law, industrial relations, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in labour law, compliance, and human resources.
- Thorough and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze information accurately and ensure the quality of your work.
- Strong research skills and an interest in exploring topics in depth and validating information using reliable sources.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in plain language and identify their practical impact on HR teams.
- Excellent written French skills, with the ability to clearly draft policies, procedures, guides, and communications.
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of English is considered an asset, particularly for translating documents into both of our business languages.
