BPOD latam is looking for a person to support our team as HR Coordinator in São Paulo, Brasil.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a people-driven and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support end-to-end HR processes across LATAM. This role is key to ensuring a great employee experience, regulatory compliance, and partnering with leaders to drive people-related decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure the quality of recruitment and hiring processes while providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Design HR policies and procedures, considering guidelines from the HR Manager and the Compliance Department.
- Work closely with management to improve labor relations.
- Serve as the focal point for employees, providing day-to-day support focused on enhancing their experience and engagement.
- Develop and implement retention plans aimed at improving the employee experience.
- Manage performance processes.
- Coordinate internal communication.
- Oversee training and development initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in each country, working closely with local lawyers and HR Managers.
- Design HR initiatives to enhance employee commitment.
- Control the personnel expenses budget and Human Resources activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources coordination, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
