Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults build the education, career skills, and confidence needed for successful futures. As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll help recruit, onboard, and support the employees who make that mission possible.

👥 What You'll Do
  • Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews for open positions
  • Post job openings and source qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment testing
  • Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee personnel files
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and assist with orientation
  • Administer employee benefits enrollment and maintain HR records
  • Track recruiting metrics, applicant flow, and employment activity reports
  • Assist with employee recognition programs and staff training initiatives
  • Provide administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
Qualifications✅ What You Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Human Resources certification preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
