What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
* Hunt for Talent: Source rockstar educators and support staff using databases, networking, and job fairs.
* Own the Experience: Post vacancies, screen applications, and manage interview schedules.
* Onboarding & Checks: Run background checks, references, and coordinate pre-employment testing.
* Track Success: Maintain applicant tracking logs and build weekly recruitment reports.
💼 Employee & Student Relations
* Welcome New Hires: Process new hire paperwork and lead high-energy staff orientations.
* Benefits Champion: Help employees navigate benefits programs and manage enrollment paperwork.
* Culture Builder: Partner with leaders on mentoring, training, and student safety policies.
HR Operations & Administration
* Keep Us Sharp: Maintain accurate personnel files and compile critical educational HR data.
* Eye for Detail: Proofread HR communications, reports, and performance appraisals.
* Financial Integrity: Reconcile monthly insurance and drug screening billing statements.

What We Are Looking For
* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on human resources and recruitment experience.
* Education: High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
* Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall computer literacy.
* Bonus Points: HR Certification is a huge plus, but not mandatory!
* Traits: Discretion, stellar communication skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
