What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate I-9 verification, E-Verify, and employment documentation.
- Support benefits enrollment and employee changes.
- Process employee status updates, salary changes, promotions, and terminations.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with employee communications and policy administration.
- Support performance review and compliance tracking processes.
- Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information. Contracts Support (50%)
- Maintain contract, subcontract, teaming agreement, and NDA files.
- Track contract periods of performance, modifications, renewals, and key deadlines.
- Coordinate execution and routing of contract documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical contract repositories.
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support contract closeout activities.
- Monitor required certifications, representations, and compliance documents.
- Assist with audit preparation and contract file reviews.
- Support contract reporting requirements and administrative deliverables.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Human Resources Administration
- Contracts Administration
- Business Operations Administration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting a federal government contractor.
- Familiarity with FAR and subcontract administration concepts.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
