Position Summary:
The HR Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting HR Operations, employee experience initiatives, and system administration across HR. This temporary position will collaborate on key projects and campaigns that enhance employee engagement and compliance. The role requires a self-starter with strong prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire documentation and ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.
- Handle routine correspondence and provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
