Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects.
