Support talent acquisition initiatives for US-based accounts, ensuring cultural and process alignment.
Advise team leaders on organizational structure, performance management, and employee engagement.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files for local and remote teams.
Lead compensation benchmarking and advise on contractor vs. employee engagement models.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve retention and efficiency across teams.
