ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Prepares unemployment claims for Texas and Oklahoma
- Process Internal Transfer requests
- Prepares and sends Credit and Background letters
- Coordinates Credit and Background appeals
- Prepares, distributes, and tracks Business Development Allowance reports
- Follow-up call to employees regarding termination disposition
- Follow-up and track employee acknowledgement documents
- Process computer purchase program orders
- Process Tuition Reimbursement applications and payments
- Assist manager with projects
- Filing and/or uploading of employee documents
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good customer service, active listening, and critical thinking to actively look for ways to help people
- Ability to meet performance standards and deadlines
- Able to concentrate and focus on detail
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED
