Job Title: HR Compliance Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the Company’s compliance with US federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) federal contractor obligations.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in building and leading compliance programs, managing large scale change, creating processes, influencing and impacting high growth and dynamic businesses through effective management of a wide range of compliance initiatives. This person will be accountable for developing and implementing a state-of-the-art compliance program, working with managers and employees across organizations at NCR VOYIX, building trusted relationships quickly, and thinking creatively inside of and outside of the box to drive innovative solutions.
 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop HR policies and guidelines as a key resource and team member on policy development.
  • Coordinate the preparation and filing of EEO-1 and VETS and other required reporting for the US in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Contractor requirements, including the Service Contract Act
  • Lead the preparation and implementation of the company’s affirmative action program (AAP), including training for HR and managers and support of outreach efforts
  • Support ADA and accommodation requests ensuring appropriate compliance
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure appropriate compliance programs and requirements are instituted and administered
  • Provide documentation, education and training to managers and employees on various compliance requirements, including the Company’s internal policies, procedures, and resources
  • Provide administrative support for any OFCCP, state, or other external audits
  • Coordinate required compliance postings, both on-line and in physical office locations
  • Communicate the requirements of US laws and regulations to HR teams and lead processes and systems that drive compliance.
  • Develop HR policy/procedure communication; design and occasionally deliver employee training.
  • Stay current with applicable US HR-related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Support HR compliance in acquisitions and integration efforts.

Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 plus years’ experience in Human Resources and HR Compliance related areas
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-related laws, compliance requirements and human resource policies
  • Proven knowledge of Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Workday and/or ServiceNow is a plus
  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Ability to identify process gaps and work with stakeholders to create organized processes while managing multiple priorities
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently with minimal direction, but who also functions as a team member
  • Excellent planning, time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to positively adapt to process, business or organizational changes
  • Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong executive presence and influential leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
