ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.
- Maintains job description inventory for each position in the bank; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by employees. Updates to be done semi-annually or as needed.
- Assist managers on the completion of job descriptions and job specification questionnaire.
- Interviews managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.
- Assist in the assessment of jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range based on compensation tools.
- Maintains compensation tools current based on changes in programs, etc.
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other intelligence to submit proposed modifications on salary ranges by job grade. Analyzes data from recruitment and termination process relative to pay reasons. Consideration should be given to total compensation.
- Prepares summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information to respective management for salary administration committee review
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Finance related degree.
