As a senior HR Change Management Lead in Employee Experience (EX) and HR functions you will help us successfully navigate the integration and improvement of our experiences. You will lead enterprise change management initiatives that drive employee adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change across HR products, programs, and experiences. Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Benefits, Performance, Learning, Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, etc.) and cross-functional product teams to develop and execute change strategies that help employees and managers successfully navigate organizational, process, and technology changes.
Job responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for HR initiatives, products, policies, and employee programs.
• Partner with HR functions and product teams to assess change impacts, identify adoption risks, and create mitigation plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning across senior leaders, HR partners, managers, and employees.
• Design and implement change readiness, communications, training, and reinforcement strategies to support successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Technology, Employee Experience, and HR teams to ensure employee needs are incorporated throughout the change lifecycle.
• Establish change governance and measurement frameworks to monitor readiness, adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Support enterprise-wide transformations that span multiple HR functions and employee-facing products, ensuring a consistent employee experience across initiatives.
• Equip leaders and managers with tools, messaging, and resources to effectively lead their teams through change.
• Identify and address adoption barriers, stakeholder resistance, and organizational risks to accelerate realization of business value.
• Leverage employee feedback, research, and change metrics to continuously improve change strategies and employee outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• 10+ years of experience within an organization or consulting firm, with deep experience leading change management initiatives within HR, Employee Experience, Talent, Benefits, Learning, Performance, or Workforce Transformation environments.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple HR functions, product organizations, and executive leadership teams.
• Expertise in change management methodologies, organizational readiness, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
• Experience supporting large-scale employee-facing transformations involving both process and technology change.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business and product changes into clear employee and manager experiences.
