About the role
The HR Business Partner at Pernod Ricard partners with the business to align people priorities with organisational goals, contributing to long-term success while fostering a culture of conviviality and performance.
What you will do
Strategic HR Planning and Partnership
- Collaborate closely with business leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Partner with global teams to deliver key initiatives, including team design and senior talent planning.
- Work across leadership teams to align the People Strategy and support organisational growth.
Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in partnership with global teams.
- Design and implement effective succession plans to build a diverse and future-ready leadership pipeline.
- Champion career development initiatives that enable employees to grow and thrive.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Act as a trusted point of support for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with local labour laws, cultural practices, and risk management policies.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment.
Performance and Change Management
- Enhance performance management approaches to align with team and organisational goals.
- Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives in partnership with leadership teams.
- Enable transformation projects that support people priorities and business strategy.
Data-Driven HR & Leadership
- Use HR data insights to inform decisions, including workforce planning and budget management.
- Coach and support People Partners to deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned to global strategy.
Your skills and experience
- Experience in HR business partnering within a complex and evolving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to adapt confidently to changing business needs.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes.
