Description

  • Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligning business objectives with employees and management across corporate functions.

  • Support the delivery of HR services, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and change management.

  • Participate in the implementation of HR action plans, programs, and projects that support corporate objectives.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs (e.g., skills development, retention, engagement) and implement appropriate solutions.

  • Provide coaching to managers on HR-related topics, including employee management and leadership development.

  • Contribute to change management initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.

  • Provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.

  • Advise management on HR policies, programs, and processes, including compensation, training, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of corporate HR programs within assigned client groups.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar HR role.

  • Experience working in a multi-site environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management and business partnering.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act as a trusted internal advisor.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both French and English.

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving HR environment.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive matters.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate functions in a complex organizational structure.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience coaching and developing leaders.
