You will:
- Employee Relations: Supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and workplace relations;
- Staffing: Supporting workforce planning and cross-team staffing coordination, facilitating collaboration across streams and resolving staffing-related challenges;
- Performance Management: Supporting and coordinating the performance review cycle and related people processes;
- Learning & Development: Identifying training and certification needs, coordinating development initiatives, and supporting employee growth;
- HR Budget & Analytics: Supporting HR budget planning, workforce allocation, and HR metrics analysis;
- Leadership Support: Preparing HR insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders;
- Additional HR Initiatives: Supporting compensation and benefits discussions, employee engagement activities, and sensitive employee matters, including terminations.
Requirements:
- At leats 2 years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR role;
- Strong experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals;
- Experience partnering with senior management and supporting leadership teams;
- Solid knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and compensation;
- Experience with HR analytics, salary structures, and HR systems;
- Ability to coach and influence stakeholders without direct authority;
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, with high integrity and professionalism;
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
