Job Description

Business partner focused on executive and line management Support, people management, quality execution of HR processes, and support on key HR projects. Also, responsible for managing regional recruiting, employee lifecycle and experience, performance management, retention, and learning and development. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic recruiting, talent attraction and selection process firmwide (sourcing talent, screening, selection, coordinating interviews, being an active member of the interview process, contract management, and the like); adherence to established Group processes, including approval processes and all sub-processes contained within.
  • Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle/employee journey offering from end-to-end, including onboarding and onboarding experience, training design and follow through, development and retention support, offboarding, internal mobility, benefits, and all related, all the while utilizing available and improved people tools.
  • Support performance management processes for the region, including performance reviews, planning and goal setting, reward and recognition, developing and coaching, disciplinary actions, personal improvement plans, L&D, employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Development and coordination of regional hr program and regional monthly calendar of events, including community outreach program, as well as all cultural enhancement initiatives. Also manage all related budgets.
  • Support on implementation of glocal HR Programs, as well as special projects, as assigned. 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or related subject or equivalent experience. PHR preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of previous Human Resources experience
  • Previous experience in Banking, Broker Dealer and/or related field
  • Excellent assessment and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding excel and presentation skills
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative 
  • Detail oriented

Skills Required
