The HR Business Partner is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties at the professional level, and carry out responsibilities while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
- Assist management with exit interviews, analyze data and confer with HR Director to provide recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Assist in gathering data to respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints.
- Enter and maintain integrity of the data contained in the HRIS database and compile reports from database as needed.
- Investigate employee inquiries and resolve conflicts and/or concerns.
- Respond and/or facilitate information exchange with the appropriate Legal Representatives to all EEOC charges and contested unemployment.
- Partner with Recruiting to assist in onboarding and terminations.
- Enter new hires, terminations and data changes utilizing Workday.
- Interface with outside vendors to facilitate expatriate and domestic relocation and immigration issues.
- Prepare managers to conduct benefits enrollment, complete I-9s and on-board new employees.
- Assist in administration of the compensation program, and monitor performance appraisal process.
- Assist the HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
