Location: This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week in the Las Colinas, Texas office located at 225 E John W Carpenter Fwy #1500, Irving, TX 75062.
Position Summary:
As an HR Business Partner supporting Trend Micro’s North America Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization, you will play a key role during an exciting period of transformation as we support TrendAI's transformation and the evolution of the North America GTM business. You will partner closely with leaders to understand business priorities, how revenue is generated, where capability gaps may exist, and how organizational and people strategies need to evolve.
This role is designed for an HR professional who understands the business, its strategy, and how to translate those strategies into operational people actions that help teams execute effectively. You will work across a dynamic GTM environment, supporting leaders, enabling teams, and strengthening core HR practices while ensuring talent, structure, and culture keep pace with transformation.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic HR Partnership
Develop strong relationships with GTM leaders to understand business goals, customer motions, and talent implications
Provide guidance on organizational design, role clarity, capability needs, and team effectiveness
Translate business strategy into clear people priorities and help execute those plans within your client groups
Support TrendAI's transformation and evolving GTM operations by helping teams adapt, grow skills, and navigate change
Collaborate with business leadership to identify future talent needs and operationalize people initiatives
Talent, Performance & Hiring Support
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to achieve hiring targets, maintain a high‑quality pipeline, and ensure effective hiring processes for GTM functions
Support workforce planning and ensure leaders anticipate talent needs proactively
Assist with performance enablement practices that help managers coach effectively and drive accountability
Participate in talent assessments and support growth plans for emerging talent
Culture & Employee Experience
Maintain a strong pulse on employee sentiment, team dynamics, and cultural strengths or gaps
Conduct employee relations investigations with sound judgment and timely escalation when necessary
Reinforce a culture of high performance, accountability, inclusion, and collaboration across GTM teams
Contribute to engagement activities and programs that strengthen team cohesion and employee connection
HR Process Improvement & Modernization
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce complexity, and improve consistency in how HR is delivered
Leverage data insights and AI‑enabled tools to guide decisions, elevate deliverables, and improve efficiency
Collaborate with HR colleagues across functions to support the rollout of programs, processes, and tools that enhance the employee experience
Who You Are:

Skilled at building strong and sustainable relationships across HR, GTM leadership, and cross‑functional business partners
An avid AI user who actively integrates AI tools into daily work to improve quality, speed, and insight generation
Someone who continuously learns, evolves their skillset, and adopts new ways of working
Able to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity where neededA strong communicator who can tailor messaging to various stakeholders and influence through credibility and insight
Grounded, authentic, and able to build trust quickly
What You Bring:
3–6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally including HRBP or HR generalist responsibilities
Experience supporting GTM, sales, or customer‑facing organizations in SaaS or cybersecurity strongly preferred
Practical experience in core HR areas, including employee relations, performance management, compensation fundamentals, and organizational effectiveness
Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR operational processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience using HRIS (Workday preferred) and comfort leveraging data to inform decisions
Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification is a plus
