As a HR People Partner, you will be a key player in aligning our strategic HR and business objectives with leadership teams across the business. The role will be critical in driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals, enhance employee experience & engagement, and support or growth & sustainability objectives. This role requires your close working partnership with the HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) to deliver cohesive, industry leading and high impact HR services and support to the business.

Your key responsibilities include:
Strategic HR Planning & Leadership
- Shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across Operations.
- Advise and partner with leadership on organisation, capability, and people risks.
- Drive action plans from employee engagement surveys to enhance culture, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Organisational Design & Change
- Lead organisational design initiatives for PRUK/Northern Europe (Infinity), including structure, role definition, transition planning, and change management.
- Lead major global Operations reviews, including structure, banding/grading, governance, and implementation planning.
- Drive change management for transformation projects, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
- Optimise workforce planning and resource allocation across the business.
Talent, Capability & Performance
- Talent, Capability & Performance
- Strengthen leadership, talent, and capability by assessing performance, supporting individual development plans, succession planning, and global/local calibration.
- Ensure the right people are in the right roles to deliver business priorities and enhance organisational performance.
- Use workforce insights to guide decisions on development, retention, and capability optimisation.
Employee Relations & HR Advisory
- Act as an ER expert, coaching leaders and HR on complex cases and improving ER governance.
- Lead or advise on ER-related projects to strengthen HR capability and compliance.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
- Build, promote, and manage diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
- Maintain knowledge of global D&I strategy, enablers, and priorities to ensure local and global alignment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure offerings remain attractive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.
- Provide guidance on reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.
Financial & Data Analytics
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage headcount forecasting and budgets to align with business plans and priorities.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Lead or support HR initiatives and projects to deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive projects to improve employee relations processes, including templates, workflows, and best practice guidance.
You will split your time equally between supporting Operations for GTR and PRUK, and partnering with the HRBP team for Corporate and Commercial on a range of HR initiatives. You will hold a dual reporting line to the Senior HRBP Operations (solid) and the Head of HRBP Corporate & Commercial (dotted).
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Centres of Expertise, HR Directors for PRUK and GTR, functional HRBPs, and the wider HR community to deliver high-impact, aligned, and efficient people priorities.
You will build strong, trusted relationships with Functional Directors, their leadership teams, and other key stakeholders across the business, providing strategic guidance and practical HR solutions.
You will also maintain links with industry and functional experts to stay informed of sector developments and emerging best practices, ensuring the organisation benefits from innovative people strategies.
