Roles And Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and engagement needs, and deliver tailored programs that promote recognition, well-being, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
Lead focus groups, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and propose action plans based on findings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, leadership, and operations to ensure consistent and meaningful engagement strategies across the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through open communication, active listening, and timely support.
Assist in developing and executing personnel policies, providing guidance and interpretation in alignment with engagement and retention efforts.
Conduct thorough investigations of employee concerns or complaints and recommend appropriate actions, ensuring objective and timely resolution.
Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
Promote fairness, consistency, and compliance in all employee-related matters, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams when necessary.
Champion a culture of employee advocacy by embedding engagement strategies into core HR and business processes.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6-12 months of relevant work experience
Proven experience in HR data analysis and support
Proficiency in data management and reporting
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
A dedication to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry trends
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Additional relevant certifications or coursework are a plus
