Job PurposeAs an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between human resources initiatives and our strategic business objectives to drive organizational success. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, fostering a high-performance culture through effective talent management and proactive employee relations. By implementing data-driven people strategies and supporting the full employee lifecycle, you will ensure our teams remain agile and engaged in a fast-paced digital environment. Your expertise in labor standards and organizational effectiveness will be essential in navigating the evolving needs of our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with departmental goals and provide expert advice on organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the L&D Center of Excellence to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Facilitate the performance review process and assist leadership in implementing performance improvement plans and resources.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- Work with the Resource Management Office and Delivery Leadership to conduct workforce planning and develop robust succession plans for key roles.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including support for recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Utilize people analytics and KPIs to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that improve team performance and engagement.
- Drive employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives, including the management of employee surveys and resulting action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Mandatory fluency in English with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and the local labor and commercial code in the assigned market.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to addressing employee needs and organizational challenges.
