Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

Estimated annual base pay: $72,000(minimum) - $93,000(midpoint) - $115,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Planning- HR Business Partner I is responsible for supporting Manager, Human Resources in updating the strategic workforce plan and may support Talent Acquisition in recruiting and selecting candidates for open positions, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Onboarding and orientation: HR Business Partner I may participate with Learning in developing and delivering onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure they are fully integrated into the organization.
  • Employee relations: HR Business Partner I is responsible for managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Compliance: HR Business Partner I is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • HR administration: HR Business Partner I is responsible for supporting HR Operations in providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and coordinating HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in HR operations, or employee relations is preferred.
