As the Human Resources Business Partner with Bell, you will be responsible for managing employee relations for our sites in Texas.
One of your primary responsibilities will involve partnering with managers to offer advice on policies, performance management best practices, and employee relations issues.
What you’ll do to make a difference:
Investigate and resolve workplace disputes, complaints, and conflicts while adhering to company policies and applicable employment laws.
Collaborate with HR and management to address concerns and implement changes when necessary.
Responsible for mediating and resolving conflicts and disputes between employees and between employees and management.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Coordinate with the HR Manager and/or VP of HR to determine the best course of action.
Maintain solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations impacting the Company.
What you bring to our team:
Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
BS/BA in Human Resources, business, or related field
4+ years of experience in a Human Resources support role within a property management or real estate environment preferred
Familiarity with HR compliance standards related to multi-site residential properties.
Proven ability to handle high-volume employee relations issues with professionalism, discretion, and effective resolution strategies
PHR/ SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification preferred
