We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support across a wide range of HR areas. You will play a key role in driving business performance by translating business needs into effective people strategies and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

  • Provide advice and coaching to managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Lead and support key HR initiatives including annual performance reviews, salary reviews, employee engagement activities, and talent management processes.

  • Work closely with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with the wider HR team (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver consistent and integrated HR services.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth communication throughout transformation processes.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

Equirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in matrix global organization and Workday is preferred.
