We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help us grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless start.

  • Build strong relationships across all levels, serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and issues.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Continuously assess and enhance HR practices to surpass industry standards.

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies that reinforce and advance our company culture.

  • Support and contribute to the performance management system, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.

  • Assist with employee benefits administration, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

  • Help plan and execute team-building and social events that boost team spirit.

What You Need To Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources management in a high-performance environment

  • Good knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a dynamic setting

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills

  • Excellent writing skills and fluency in English
