Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and promote training initiatives, including leadership programs and webinars, to foster continuous learning.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, assess leadership competencies, and support succession planning efforts.
- Build strong relationships with management and employees, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Guide managers on team dynamics, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
- Support performance management cycles, providing coaching on feedback and identifying solutions for enhancing employee performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with business goals, such as career development and internal mobility programs.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and trial period reviews.
- Analyze HR data, identify trends, and propose improvements to align with business objectives.
You may be the perfect fit if you:
- Hold a higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
- Have a strong focus on learning and development, including leadership programs and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bring HR expertise with a focus on driving HR solutions and collaborating with senior leaders.
- Have strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage complex HR initiatives.
- Are skilled in succession planning, leadership development, and identifying skill gaps.
- Have experience in change management and leading successful initiatives.
- Excel in conflict resolution and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Are data-driven, with the ability to use insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Are a native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+).
Salary Range:
Contract of Employment: 10,000 - 15,000 PLN gross/month
