HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
特定部署、特定領域におけるHRビジネスパートナリング業務をお任せします。具体的には、採用・処遇の決定・オンボーディング・配置、問題対応や退職面談等もご対応いただきます。

タレントマネジメントについてもメインで担当いただき、評価、タレントレビュー・サクセッションプラン、チェンジマネジメント、エンゲージメント向上策の実施、DE&Iプロジェクトの支援などを行っていただきます。

アジアパシフィックジャパン地域のタレントマネジメントダイレクターの支援も受けながら、グローバル、アジアパシフィックジャパンとの施策アラインも高いウエイト業務として想定されます。

会社全体としてもカルチャーチェンジや、組織の変更、各種オペレーションのフローが刷新されております。また、今後ビジネスとして注力する分野につきましては、外部・内部採用と定着が課題になりますので、Talent Acquisition担当と協力しながら直接的に支援を頂きます。

幅広く、かつ時には専門的に課題解決を行っていく、戦略人事のポジションです。

採用、Compensation&Benefitsなど多くの分野を横断的に学びながら実行できるポジションとなり、将来的に管理職へのパスを描きやすいところが魅力です。

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

・報酬,トレーニング,組織開発,人材配置,従業員関係など,様々な分野における高度な人事スキルと深い知識を持っていること。

・戦略的な人材計画,チームビルディング,その他関連業務に経験とスキルを活かすことができる。

【必須】

・3年以上のHRBP、もしくは類似業務(サクセッションプランニング/組織編成対応/労務対応/タレントレビュー等)の経験3年以上

【尚可】

・業務での英語利用経験

・IT業界での人事実務経験

・企業内研修リード、インストラクター・ファシリテーターの経験
